According to WebProNews, Google's updated algorithm last week designed to go after content farms by reducing Page Rank for sites containing low quality content. The result of this change is a lot of casualties that are not content farms including Technorati having their PR reduced resulting a drop in traffic from the search engine. Up to this point Technorati ranking was faily important in the blogosphere. I checked their PR which is an 8 but that may change once the algorithm is applied to other countries. Time will tell. It may be something to keep an eye on just in case.
